Our fish and chips are made with fresh fish that's delivered daily, coated in a thin batter and fried until golden, and fresh potatoes that are fried twice until they're crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. We never use frozen fish and never add any chemicals to our potatoes to make them pale or crispy.
