Twice rang Slough Hasu. Was 1st in queue but when put through no one answers Then rang again-3rd in queue but when my turn no one answers I wonder if people get to talk to them.
Do not use Hasu Diagnostics
It may appear cheap but please save yourself a lot of money and stress: don't use that dodgy company! I took an « express » Covid test onsite for £79 on the Thursday morning and the results were supposed to be emailed to me on the same day. It's now 10:00am the day after and no result received. No reply to my numerous messages (via phone, email, their so called "chatroom" and even Messenger), I have now had to reschedule my trip due today to be reunited until tomorrow and book another more expensive test with another trusted company. Total cost of all this non-sense so far: £259. Total waste of money, time and stress for me and my family. Please don't make the same mistake.
